~From Cristy Ray - I am the Superintendent for the Children's Tent at the Estes Park Wool Market on June 8-9. I took over this position last year, and am working very hard to have hands-on activities to introduce children to our wonderful fiber world. I am looking for donations of fiber and yarns for the demonstrations and the take home crafting activities. The consumable materials go quickly, and with Spring Cleaning around the corner, I thought that maybe some of your viewers might have some old acrylic, or old funky colors of wool that they might like to find a home for. People can reach me at shescrafty123@yahoo.com or by private message - cristyray on Plurk and Ravelry.

~dragonfly7673 (Vicki) from the Dragonfly Soars podcast is fundraising for her son’s friend who’s sister has Cystic Fibrosis. More details here: http://www.ravelry.com/discuss/dragonflysoars-podcast/2535626 And if you donate and let Vicki know, you’ll be entered to win one of several prizes including 2 of my patterns. Deadline to donate is May 15th.
