  1. hi Girls, I am behind with podcasts, as you can tell. Don't know if anyone else informed you, but, John Hurt was never a Doctor Who. The list is: William Hartnell/Patrick Troughton/Jon Pertwee/ Tom Baker/ Peter Davison/ Colin Baker/ Sylvester McCoy/ Paul McGann/ Christopher Eccleton/ David Tennant/ Matt Smith. Peter Cushing was The Doctor in 2 feature films in the 60s.

    xxxxxxx take care

    1. I'm behind on podcasts again too. Hate to contradict you on this one, but John Hurt IS one of the Doctors. He was introduced at the end of the most recent series (Series 7, final episode) as The Doctor. Then in the mini episode that was released this week (The Night of the Doctor), it was revealed that the 8th Doctor (Paul McGann) regenerated into what we're called Doctor 8.5 which they titled The War Doctor (played by John Hurt). More will be revealed about John Hurt as the Doctor in the 50th Anniversary special next weekend. xxx C.C. & Damaris
