Ask the Geeky Girls -
Melody (CraftyLadyMel) from Florida asks:
I would like to know what kind of yarn would either of you choose to make fingerless gloves for someone who works outdoors in cool weather. My hubby is a carpenter who works with his hands everyday and sometimes he is outside. I made him a pair of gloves with sock yarn a few years ago and need to make him another pair, but would like some ideas for yarn to make him an even warmer pair. I don’t want to make them with a bulky weight yarn. Thanks!!!?

We mentioned West Yorkshire Spinners 100% Bluefaced Leicester DK, West Yorkshire Spinners Jacobs Yarn - DK Thickness, Rainbow Heirloom Lush DK, Rainbow Heirloom Worsted Sweater, Ginger’s Hand Dyed Masham Mayhem DK, Regia 6-ply Pandia's Jewels Delight.

What would you recommend? Post in this week’s episode thread.

~If you have a question for us, post it in the Ask the Geeky Girls thread on Ravelry.
