I’ve been binge-listening to the podcast ever since I stumbled on it in iTunes, and I love it! Anyway, back to my question. I’m trying to find yarn for a project to make as a sort of therapy or tribute for myself to one of my closest friends, someone I considered family. He passed away unexpectedly at the end of March, so a little under 2 months ago. I want to make a shawl in the brightest, most vibrant rainbow yarn that I can find, because whenever I think of him and his personality, all I can think of is a bright rainbow because no matter how bad of a day you had, he brightened up your day just like when you see a rainbow. Can you two recommend a fingering weight yarn in a really bright rainbow color way that would knit up really nicely in a shawl? There’s so many different yarns out there and I can’t really decide. I’m leaning towards making the Lucidity shawl by Hedgehog Fibres, if that helps you guys recommend something. Thanks so much!----Kaitlin
P.S.--If you ever find yourselves in Delaware, there’s 3 awesome local yarn shops near my house that I would love to take you guys to!
