Ask the Geeky Girls -
KatyKittyJay who is Katy from the UK asks:
What do you find are the biggest differences between food here and in USA? I’ve read American recipes and seen ingredients I’ve never heard of, and items with different names. Also we get the impression in UK media that more processed and instant ingredients are used in America. Is that true or exaggerated for a good story? Is there anything you particularly miss? My question is inspired by shopping online at tesco last week and noticing that they now have a big USA section in world foods.
